Girls on the Run Greater Chesapeake
Anyone who has been to a Girls on the Run 5K knows that it is unlike any other running event. It is a celebration of and for the girls who are completing the Girls on the Run of the Greater Chesapeake program. Positive energy abounds as the girls participate in pre-5K fun, a group warm-up, and gather with their teammates as they head to the starting line. Our 5K is a non-competitive event that will bring a smile to your face!
Our spring 5K will occur on Saturday, May 4th, at Sailwinds Park (200 Byrn St, Cambridge, MD 21613).
5K volunteers should expect to arrive by 9:45 am, pre-5K fun starts at 10:00 am, 5K starts at 10:30 am.
