Heart & Sole creates a positive, structured space for middle school girls to learn about themselves, explore new ideas, cultivate empathy, strengthen connections and develop life skills that will help them as they move through adolescence and beyond. Physical activity is woven through the program as a learning mechanism and a way for girls to experience goal setting and achievement. YOU are one of the most critical parts of this journey toward becoming strong, healthy, and confident women, and we are so thrilled you have decided to join us at Heart & Sole. Thank you!
Heart & Sole sites practice twice a week after school from mid-September through the 5k event on December 10th. Coaches will be in close communication with each other and the Site Liaison to navigate practice schedules around school conferences and the Thanksgiving Holiday.
We are excited to implement the new National Coach Training for all of our GOTR-KMC programs. The training includes online training modules as well as in-person/hands-on training. This training program is being praised across the country, by new and experienced coaches of all skill levels. It is sensitive to adult learners and provides a new level of depth and preparation.
In Kent County, we have applied to provide teachers and other eligible professionals with SCECH hours.
There is a $5.00 processing fee for SCECH hours payable at training. Please bring cash with you.
