About This Event
Girls on the Run is a physical activity-based positive youth development program facilitated by coach mentors designed to develop and enhance girls’ social, psychological, and physical competencies to successfully navigate life experiences. The goal of Girls on the Run is to promote mental, social and spiritual health outcomes, and to prevent risky behavior and unhealthy outcomes. Our program runs in the Spring and Fall seasons. The season runs for 10 weeks, with the girls meeting twice a week for an hour and 30 minutes each session.
